Standard cable

Standard cables (wire cables) for industrial applications must offer reliable signal transmission, robust mechanical properties and environmental resistance while remaining cost-effective.

Our customer determines the requirements:

  • Mechanical properties: length, design, flexibility
  • Material and durability: Insulation material, temperature resistance, mechanical load capacity
  • Electrical properties: current carrying capacity, shielding
  • Standards and certifications: UL, fire protection standards, RoHS

LVDS cable

LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) cables are frequently used in industrial display and control systems for the reliable transmission of high-resolution video signals. They are particularly suitable for applications that require high data rates and minimal electromagnetic interference.

The right LVDS cable for your application

  • Construction: Standard round cable or customized construction (also hybrid cable) with individual cores and wrapped with flame-retardant acetate fabric tape
  • Construction: twisted wire pairs, shielding (braiding, foil), thin structure
  • Environmental requirements: Temperature range, materials (e.g. UL94 V-0)
  • Options: Ferrites, shield connections

Micro-coaxial cable

Micro-coaxial cables are often used for high-frequency signals and compact designs. They are particularly suitable for the transmission of video signals (e.g. eDP, VbyOne, USB) in display and control systems, where space saving, signal integrity and EMC conformity are crucial.

We can also supply micro-coaxial cables:

  • Electrical properties: High signal integrity, low attenuation, very good EMC
  • Mechanical properties: Very small diameter, high flexibility, resistant to bending, vibration
  • Options: Can be combined with individual “thicker” cores for higher current

FFC cable

FFC cables (Flexible Flat Cable) are flat, flexible cables that are often used in industrial display and control systems for space-saving, cost-efficient connections. They are particularly suitable for applications that require compact designs, simple installation and reliable signal transmission.

The perfect connection for certain applications:

  • Structure: 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 etc. Pitch, 4-50 conductors
  • Electrical properties: typical current carrying capacity 0.5-2 A
  • Mechanical properties: Very thin (0.3 – 0.5mm), foldable
  • Options: Shielding, one-sided or double-sided with plug

I/O cable

I/O cables (input/output cables) are connection solutions for connecting peripheral devices, control systems and video applications. They enable the transmission of data (e.g. USB, UART, I²C) and video signals (e.g. HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI) as well as the power supply in devices such as displays, sensors or control systems.
